Highly recommended! Joseph PrakashTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I'm leading a team management and strategic leadership across designated countries, including China, Thailand, Indonesia, Philippines, Cambodia, Malaysia, New Zealand and Vietnam.— whenever I'm stuck with a Windows issue, compliance gap, device onboarding, Exchange hiccup, or app deployment, I quietly reach out to Joby at NetPoint NZ to support users in NZ. And quietly, every time, he guides me right. No ego. No delay. Just pure, selfless knowledge. NetPoint NZ is a good partner in our company to handle all related IT matters since we don't have local IT in NZ. Highly recommended. A brother from afar. Thank you, Joby. YudistiraTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. There's a quiet kind of greatness in Joby at NetPoint NZ. He manages our AUS/NZ users with so much care and skill that we sometimes forget it's just one person behind it all. But he doesn't stop there. He also helps our IT colleague who handles five other countries — Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Myanmar, Vietnam, and the Philippines — always stepping in, guiding, and making everyone's life a little easier. Never asking for credit. Never making a fuss. In a noisy world, Joby's humility and kindness stand out. We are just deeply, quietly grateful for him. Thank you, Joby. Truly. G. M. Nasir Uddin AhammadTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Joby at NetPoint NZ is a once-in-a-lifetime professional. Single-handedly he carries our entire AUS/NZ IT operation — and does it with genius-level skill, ironclad security, and a heart of pure gold. Always available. Constantly going beyond. Free extra support? Countless times. Crisis? He's the calm hero you pray for. His empathy heals. His SOPs are flawless. I trust him blindly, completely, without a second thought. Every fake, hateful review is just a shadow screaming against this blazing truth. Thank you, thank you, thank you, Joby. The team resolved our IT issues efficiently and ensured everything was running smoothly. Their communication was clear, and they went above and beyond to provide support whenever needed. I highly recommend Netpoint NZ to anyone looking for reliable, professional, and high-quality IT services. Thank you to the entire team for your exceptional work and support! 👍🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 Mathews JohnTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Very disappointing experience. I brought in my own LCD screen for an OPPO A77 5G and asked them to install it. The Indian fella with the beard said he could do the repair, so I left my phone there and came back about an hour later. When I returned, I was told the labour charge was $110. Considering I supplied the screen myself, I thought that was ridiculous. I expected something closer to $50. When I questioned the price, I asked him to walk me through the repair step-by-step and explain why the labour alone was $110. I wasn't asking for an argument—I wanted a practical explanation of what was done to my phone and why it justified that labour charge. Instead, the first thing he said was that the first step was "gaining the knowledge." That immediately felt condescending and like I was being talked down to. I wasn't asking where his skills came from or how he learned the trade. I was asking what work was actually carried out on my phone. What made the situation even more frustrating was that every time I tried to explain my concerns or ask a question, he would talk over me and wouldn't let me get a word in. It felt like he was more interested in arguing than listening to what I was actually asking. The whole conversation came across as rude, dismissive, and unnecessarily confrontational. I felt like I was being lectured instead of getting a straight answer. During the argument, the price suddenly dropped from $110 to $82.50. Even at $82.50, I still thought the labour cost was excessive considering I had already supplied the replacement screen. I was then told that I should have asked for the price beforehand, which felt like an attempt to shift the blame onto me rather than address my concerns. While I agree that asking for a quote beforehand is a good idea, there were no prices displayed anywhere in the shop. If there are no labour rates or repair prices displayed, how is a customer supposed to know what to expect or even know that they need to ask for a quote in the first place? I proceeded to leave after this argument. I then returned about 20 minutes later and spoke to the white fellow at the computer and told him I felt $50 was a fair labour charge. He said $110 was their standard rate. The fella I argued with earlier then came back and tried to continue the argument, but by that point I'd had enough and brushed him off. In the end, the guy at the computer charged me $50, which is what I was prepared to pay from the beginning. What bothered me most wasn't just the price—it was the attitude and the inconsistent pricing. The labour charge went from $110, to $82.50, and then to $50. That doesn't exactly inspire confidence. Being talked down to, interrupted, and not being allowed to properly explain my concerns made the experience even worse. I won't be going back there again, and based on my experience I wouldn't recommend this shop to others either. If you're getting a repair done here, make sure you get an exact quote before leaving your device. Based on my experience, that's the only way to avoid unpleasant surprises later. Andrew did an amazing job testing, servicing, fixing and refreshing my PC after it started freezing last Thursday and I had to take it into the shop in Friday morning. He did a super job of resolving the issue and found two other things which needed fixing at the same time. He also installed Windows 11 which is awesome and reinstalled all my software etc. It's like I have a new PC! :) Thank you so much Andrew! :) Shannon Macfarlane

Client ReviewI was recommended to this bunch of guys by another self-employed friend, who stated they they went over and above the call of duty; offering a speedy and efficient service (usually at no cost if it was over the telephone help and and an issue which could be speedily remedied).
